We accept major credit cards and debit cards (with Visa or MC logo) via Google Checkout or PayPal, and echecks via PayPal. Items will remain available for purchase to other shoppers until we have received notification of your payment. If paying with an echeck, it can take up to four business days for your payment to clear; your order will be placed on hold and shipped once confirmation of cleared payment is received.
In the event an item in your order is sold out, you will be notified and may choose one of the following options:
1. If the item is being restocked, you will be given the expected date of shipment. If you have received a combined shipping discount for the purchase of multiple items, the remainder of your order will be shipped to you immediately and you will not be charged any additional shipping when the backordered item ships.
2. If the item is not being restocked or you prefer not to wait, you will receive a store credit or refund (your choice) of the item's purchase price. Any shipping charged for the item will be refunded.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to receiving your shipping confirmation without any penalty. Simply forward your order confirmation to email@example.com and request that the order be cancelled. Please include a subject title: Order Cancellation. You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been cancelled. Keep in mind that we process orders very quickly, so if you've already paid for your order and would like to cancel, please forward your request before 5 PM (MST) on the day you made payment to ensure that your request is received prior to the order being processed for shipping.
- If you have already paid for your order, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, returned to the account through which you made your payment.
- If your order has already been processed and you have already received shipping confirmation (Delivery Confirmation number or Customs number), it is too late to cancel the order. Please refer to our refund policy below.
*OUR RETURN POLICY*
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase to us for a refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for a return authorization. Please do not return the item prior to contacting us. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with any tags (still attached please) and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned merchandise. Refund is issued to the account through which the original payment was received for the full price of purchase less shipping/handling fees.
*EXCEPTIONS - There are certain items that do not qualify for our refund policy:
- Thongs, g-strings, and similar types of undergarments do not qualify for refund due to the intimate nature of the items. All listings featuring garments that fall under this description will include a reminder that the item does not qualify for return.
- Clearance items do not qualify for refund. All efforts are made to describe such items accurately, including disclosure of any known defects.
We won't make you pay for our error! In the event that the item received is not the item you purchased (e.g. - wrong size sent, wrong item shipped, etc.), contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for a return authorization and we will issue a full refund or store credit (customer's choice), including all shipping charges, once the item is returned. We will even pay for the return shipping!
- All orders are processed immediately and shipped the next business day (when confirmed payment is received by 5pm MST) via USPS Priority Mail (apparel) or First Class Mail (jewelry). A delivery confirmation number is provided for all domestic orders. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. All clothing items are poly-bagged to prevent moisture damage during transit.
- We offer a combined shipping discount! In order to take advantage of this discount, you must pay for all your items at the same time. Once a payment has been processed, you cannot add additional purchases to the order.
- A handling fee of $1.00 is included in the shipping charges for all orders. The handling fee for combined purchases is $1.00 for the entire order, regardless of how many items are purchased. The handling fee is already included in the price quoted and will not be added as an additional charge after purchase.
- If you would like to upgrade to Express shipping, please contact us for a quote.
- All orders are processed as soon as confirmed payment is received and shipped within 2 business days via USPS Airmail Letter Post or Airmail Parcel Post (depending on weight). We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or US holidays. All clothing items are poly-bagged to prevent moisture damage during transit.
- We offer a combined shipping discount. In order to take advantage of this discount, you must pay for all your items at the same time. There is a maximum weight limit of 4 pounds for Airmail Letter Post and Global Priority Mail, so larger orders will need to be shipped via Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express. Once a payment has been processed, you cannot add additional purchases to the order.
- A handling fee of $1.50(US) is included in the shipping charges for all orders. The handling fee for combined purchases is $1.50(US) for the entire order, regardless of how many items are purchased. The handling fee is already included in the price quoted and is not an additional charge that will be added later.

customer and are not included in your shipping/handling
fees. Depending on your location and the amount of your
order, there may be additional charges due at the time of
