I live in Puerto Rico. How do I find your shipping rates?
I apologize that the shopping cart does not list the rates for Puerto Rico; however, you may refer to the rates listed for the United States. Shipping rates for Puerto Rico are the same as for all other US destinations.

Do you combine shipping?
YES! We are happy to combine any purchases you've made from our store. And because we only charge a flat rate handling fee for your entire order, any additional shipping charges for additional items are the ACTUAL shipping charged by USPS. You will be surprised at how much you can save by combining your order.

How much is the Handling Charge?
A $1 handling fee ($1.50 for Canada) is included in the shipping charges for all orders. For multiple, combined purchases, the total handling fee is $1 ($1.50 for Canada) for the entire order, regardless of how many items are purchased. These fees are already included in the shipping charges; they are not added as additional charges after the purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada; however, if you are located in another area, please contact us and we may be able to arrange shipping for you.

Do you ship to AK, HI, & Puerto Rico?
ABSOLUTELY! We always use USPS, so shipping to domestic locations outside of the continental U.S. is not a problem. If you are requesting shipment to Puerto Rico, please remember to format your address according to USPS specifications. Example: Your Name | URBANIZATION | your street address | City, PR zip code

What if my order is lost in the mail?
In the event your order is shipped and never received, we will either ship a replacement to you at no additional charge or, if we do not have another of the same item in stock, we will refund your entire purchase, including shipping. We do ask that you allow 30 days for delivery of your order before requesting a replacement, to account for possible USPS delays.

How do I receive a 50% rebate of shipping fees? (AUGUST SPECIAL)
For the month of August, if you make a total purchase of $50 or more (not including shipping), you will receive a rebate of 50% off your shipping fees. In order to receive this rebate, add the items you wish to order to the shopping cart (items must total $50 or more), complete checkout, and make your payment through PayPal or Google. Once we have received your confirmed payment, a rebate of 50% of the shipping charges will be issued to you within 24 hours (this will appear as a partial refund). PURCHASE OF GIFT CERTIFICATES DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS $50 TOTAL.
